Personally I have thoroughly enjoyed the Trump V2 ascension. I think Musk is an odd, untrustworthy, self-opportunistic character whose business success has been based on being in the right place at the right time and otherwise would not be as wealthy or known if Thiel and the paypal board did not remove him as CEO of paypal, as he was 100% going to complicate and possibly ruin the Good Thing they were onto with the merger. He has based his companies on the US style of 'promise the technological future in x and y commodity form, but never follow through on any of the grand claims,' as a for, of marketing and self-marketing for the companies he has purchased. Tesla was only saved through US government handouts and Space X is another neo-liberal form of expropriating state funds that formerly went into NASA into the private sphere. Simultaneously, any decent non neo-classical economist can explain why his on paper wealth is so highly inflated. He is through and through the ultimate product of the same neo-liberal globalism that people think he is fighting against in the political sphere. But the liberal capitalist (they are all liberal from the political-philosophical perspective in going back to Locke) political sphere is always determined by the oligarchs: they fund the political campaigns and fund the motives of the politicians.

Be that as it may, on one hand there is definitely and gladly a paleoconservative tendency emerging via Trump V2, with Bannon on one end and Vance on the other influencing this tendency. Musk would have no idea what paleoconservativism is as a movement. But he is, despite being a neo-liberal at heart and in all his business practices, moving wherever the flow of money is opportunistically greatest, a useful idiot at present in stirring up things like USAID, which has completely pulled the pants off this organisation for Americans to see. The rest of the world has been well aware of what USAID does for a long while, since they took over aspects of the CIA's work after the US senate passed legislation disallowing the CIA to use things like vax or health programs for cover.

This stirring up of the bureaucratic side of the deep state, while the tech oligarchs are elbowing their way into the former financialization based-wealth deep state actors (the deep state is where the Repressive State Apparatus and the Ideological State Apparatus meet, and the new manifestation of this is in the informational, technofeudalist sphere that inherently does both jobs simultaneously) is really fun and revealing to observe.

Btw, the 'Australian Trump' is an utterly thuddingly dumb, uncharismatic turd, lacking any vision or plan for the future. Tony Abbot was the last Liberal party leader with such things who also had his own brain. An interesting man.

Thanks for your post. It was a good, thought provoking read.

Interesting thoughts, not quite clear : are you a trump supporter or not here ? .

I hope you begin taking the time to let your articles settle and proof read them as some of the spelling errors muddy the meanings .

Sadly, most Americans are not up to speed on what's what in Europe or Ukraine, I don't think that's finished just yet as you seem to think .
