I had a similar situation. A few years ago I figured out that my best friend is a sociopath, and probably a pretty dangerous one too. He understood me better than any other person ever has, but he unfortunately does not experience empathy and desires only power and status. I had to cut ties for my own good, but I still miss him sometimes. Great post Randy, and Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas. I called my dad every other day until he decided he didn't need to come see his grandson for the holidays. To be fair, he wasn't feeling well, and there's the Omicron thing but, "we can always video chat" was what he said. Good grief.
